Standard Connect Four on a 7-column, 6-row board: drop pieces into a column and they fall to the lowest open row. First to connect four of your own in a row -- horizontally, vertically, or diagonally -- wins.
How the AI Plays
Before every move, the computer checks two things: can it win right now by dropping in some column, and if not, can you win next turn in some column it should block instead? If neither applies, it prefers dropping toward the center columns, since central pieces take part in more possible four-in-a-rows than edge ones.
